Eligibility To be considered eligible to become a Graduate Officer, you must meet the following criteria:
Current Salary Year 1: ASO3: $74,095 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions Year 2: ASO4: $82,212 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions Graduate roles start at ASO3. International students will initially be offered a temporary contract with the option to transition to an ongoing role once they have secured permanent residency. All graduates have the opportunity to transition to the ASO4 level after 12 months upon successful completion of the program.
