Workplace Benefits

We want our employees to not only have great career opportunities, we want them to have great workplace benefits too. As a South Australian Public Sector employee you have access to some great benefits through Super SA and our exclusive salary packaging service provider Smart.

Salary Packaging - paying for things with your pre-tax salary

As a full-time, part-time, casual or contract employee of the South Australian Government, you are eligible to pay for certain expenses with your pre-tax salary. This reduces your taxable income, meaning you may pay less tax which increases your fortnightly take home pay.

Super SA

Super SA offers South Australian Public Sector employees the choice of two great ways to grow their super by making salary sacrifice contributions as either pre-tax or after-tax contributions.

As a South Australian Public Sector employee, you can arrange to salary sacrifice directly into your super and take advantage of the uncapped contributions that apply only to Super SA members. Super SA also offers free education seminars to all its members, providing information on ways to grow your super, insurance, investment options and a range of other super and retirement topics.

Refer to the Super SA website for more information about the benefits the Triple S superannuation fund offer South Australian Public Sector employees.
