As part of the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE), the South Australian Leadership Academy (SALA) is committed to developing leaders across all levels of the public sector to promote a resilient and future focused workforce.

SALA aims to:

provide ongoing learning experiences for aspiring managers to experienced executives
design and deliver thoughtful and evidence-based development programs promoting continuous learning
develop leaders who lead with integrity and create safe, inclusive workplace cultures
strengthen collaboration across government agencies, departments, community and private sector organisations
