The opportunity: The Landscape Officer is an operational role that works with a range of stakeholders and landholders to manage natural resources through a whole of landscape approach. To deliver on the Limestone Coast Pest Management Strategy, the Landscape Officer supports local communities and landholders to increase understanding, acceptance and adoption of programs for the management of pest species across various land tenures. The role assists in the planning, implementation and assessment of on-ground control programs and, where necessary, undertakes compliance activities as an Authorised Officer under the Landscape South Australia Act 2019.
