About the role:

As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping the Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board operating efficiently. From coordinating board and committee meetings to supporting governance processes, facilities and office operations, you’ll help create a workplace where people can do their best work.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Excellent meeting coordination skills, ensuring everything is well organised and runs smoothly.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • A commitment to delivering professional customer service and supporting a safe, welcoming and well-organised workplace.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, government partners, boards, committees, and First Nations groups.
  • An interest in developing your leadership skills while leading and supporting a small team.

If you enjoy keeping things organised, supporting others to succeed and finding practical solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will need:

  • A certificate in Business Administration or similar is desirable.
  • A current minimum class C driver’s licence.
  • Eligibility for this position requires a valid Australian working visa.

Why you’ll enjoy working with the Business Support Team

Working closely with the Team Leader of Business and Governance, you’ll coordinate agendas and reports, provide governance support, oversee office and facilities requirements, and deliver practical projects that improve the way we work. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives on solving problems.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Meaningful work that aligns with your career goals - whether you're looking to lead, grow, specialise, or take a new direction.
  • Tailored development opportunities and flexible working arrangements that support your individual circumstances, where operationally possible.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support, including access to Employee Assistance Programs and health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Attractive and competitive salary with annual increases.
