About the role: Are you an experienced leader who enjoys improving how organisations operate while leading the teams that keep them running every day? As Team Leader Business and Governance, you’ll lead governance, risk, compliance, and organisational reporting while overseeing a team responsible for administration, fleet, facilities, and IT coordination across multiple sites. You’ll provide advice to senior leaders, ensure legislative and policy obligations are met, and identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and accountability. At the same time, you’ll lead the delivery of essential business support services, ensuring they are efficient, responsive, and aligned with organisational priorities. This role suits a leader who is equally comfortable discussing governance frameworks with senior leadership and working with staff to improve day-to-day operations.
