About the Role
Join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Service as a Nurse Consultant and provide expert mental health nursing care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will lead clinical practice, build team capability and help drive recovery focused care that improves consumer outcomes.
• Deliver expert mental health nursing care
• Lead clinical practice and support nursing staff
• Coordinate projects and uphold care standards
• Provide education, counselling and group support
• Collaborate with teams and external services
• Contribute to recovery focused service improvement
About You
You are an experienced mental health nurse and confident clinical leader who is passionate about recovery focused care and supporting positive outcomes for consumers and teams.
• AHPRA registration with mental health nursing qualification
• Lead clinical practice change and support staff growth
• Deliver high quality recovery focused mental health care
• Work collaboratively with consumers and multidisciplinary teams
• Use clinical systems and manage complex care demands
