Join Our Team as a Wellbeing and Restorative Care Manager – Lead Programs that Enrich Lives and Inspire Wellness Make a meaningful difference by leading the design and delivery of innovative wellbeing and restorative care programs that empower individuals to live fulfilling, self-directed lives. About the Role: As the Wellbeing and Restorative Care Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to Lifestyle Coordinators, Lifestyle Officers, and the wider workforce to deliver a holistic, evidence-based wellness and restorative care program across RMCLHN. Your work will promote a rights-based, person-centred approach that enhances physical, cognitive, social, and emotional wellbeing for individuals and groups in care. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing a consistent and sustainable “one service” model of wellbeing and restorative care, ensuring alignment with RMCLHN’s values and strategic intent. Through mentorship, education, and training, you’ll build workforce capability and inspire staff to deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging programs that support people’s choices, dignity, and quality of life. In this leadership role, you’ll also drive the continuous improvement of systems, practices, and governance processes to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care across all wellbeing and restorative initiatives.
