About the Role:

The Laboratory Technician position is key to supporting outstanding STEM teaching and learning. You will be involved in preparing experiments, maintaining a safe and organised laboratory environment, assisting teaching staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.

Position Details: 
Classification SSO2 - School Services Officer Grade 2

  • Employment Type: Temporary, part-time - Term time only (paid during school terms; school holiday periods are unpaid)
  • Remuneration: SSO2 Step 1-6, $85,234 - $93,902 per annum FTE/ Temporary Salary Loading (plus superannuation) in accordance with the SA Government School Services Officers Award (please refer to the Department for Education Salary Scales for current rates)
