Join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) as a Community Support Worker in Cowell and be part of a transformative care model that puts consumers at the heart of decision-making. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals who are aged, frail, or disabled by providing essential services such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and social support.
