About the role Join our Cancer Services team as a Senior Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering specialist pharmacy care that supports some of our most complex patients. In this leadership position, you will oversee the organisation, management and day-to-day operation of a designated cancer pharmacy service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred care. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and healthcare professionals. You will use your advanced clinical judgement to optimise medication outcomes, champion quality use of medicines and contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient care, safety and operational excellence. About You You are an experienced pharmacy professional who combines advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality and innovative pharmacy services. • Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration • Extensive hospital pharmacy and leadership experience • Lead service improvement and quality use of medicines • Analyse data, solve problems and deliver strategic outcomes • Mentor staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
