Job description:
The Human Resources & Business Support Officer is responsible for
the delivery of effective and compliant human resource services to
the Eyre Peninsula Landscape Board. The role also undertakes a
range of administrative and business support functions to ensure
the efficient operation of the Board. This position contributes to
workforce management, employee lifecycle processes and
organisational administration, while providing high-level customer
service to internal and external stakeholders. While it is
preferred that the role be worked from the Port Lincoln office,
Adelaide will also be well-regarded as a base location.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide human resource advice and support in accordance with
public sector policies, procedures and legislation
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
processes
* Maintain HR records, systems and reporting requirements
* Deliver administrative and business support services across the
Board
* Provide timely and professional customer service
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance
activities

resources and administrative support functions
* Knowledge of public sector HR practices and legislation (highly
regarded)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
