What You’ll Drive

The Access and Inclusion Advisor plays a vital role in promoting inclusive and equitable access to vocational education and training for students, particularly those from equity cohorts including students with disability, neurodivergence, chronic health conditions, mental health conditions, and caring responsibilities. The role involves working directly with students to assess individual support needs and coordinate reasonable adjustments that enable participation on the same basis.

The Skills You Bring

  • Minimum Degree level qualification in a relevant Human Services area, i.e. Education, Psychology, Social Work, Disability, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or a combination of equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of tailored services and support for people with disabilities.
  • Demonstrated high degree of analytical and conceptual skill, contributing to providing professional advice and supporting inclusive practices

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
