Status: One ongoing contract located
in Port Lincoln and one short term contract up to
25 June 2027 located in Port
Augusta.
About
the Role:
We are
seeking experienced, customer-focused individuals
for the role of Regional Customer Service Officer.
You will handle inbound and outbound customer
contacts, provide clerical and administrative
support, and deliver timely, accurate services
aligned with SA Housing Trust values.
As a
Regional Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a
vital role in supporting SA Housing Trust
customers. You’ll provide excellent customer
service, handle administrative and clerical tasks,
and represent the Trust’s values through your
interactions.
What
You’ll Do:
- Provide
direct face to face assistance for enquries
from customers and the general
public.
- Provide
information on eligibility, policies, and help
arrange appointments.
- Triaging
customers experiencing risk and vulnerability
requiring further housing
assistance.
- Record
and maintain accurate data in our
systems.
- Build
positive working relationships with colleagues,
stakeholders, and community
members.
- Contribute
to continuous improvement
initiatives.

- Satisfactory
National Police Clearance.
- DHS
Working with Children Check (renewed every 5
years).
- Valid
Australian Driver’s Licence (may be
