About the Role: Step into a vital support role as a Patient Services Officer, delivering high-quality, confidential administrative, customer service and data entry support to clients, staff and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the service. In this role, you will ensure records and data are maintained in line with required standards, contribute to admissions and discharge processes, and provide professional frontline service by responding to enquiries and liaising with staff and external providers. You will also support administrative functions such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining systems and supplies, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting a positive, safe and collaborative work environment.
