The Senior Sport and Recreation Funding Consultant reports to the Manager, Funding Services and is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and organisation of assigned grant and funding programs. The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination of assigned funding programs. This includes the ongoing development, management and evaluation to ensure that grant programs are managed in a way which fair, equitable and transparent. Strong communication skills are required to ensure that the Senior Sport and Recreation Funding Consultant is able to consult and liaise regularly and effectively with the client base, other government agencies and the recreation and sport industry.
