About the Role

Join a dedicated Mental Health team where you'll provide trusted secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders and clinical teams. You’ll manage schedules, maintain confidential records, build strong stakeholder relationships and help create efficient services that support quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to senior leaders
• Manage diaries, meetings and appointment schedules
• Prepare correspondence, reports and meeting papers
• Maintain accurate records and confidential files
• Coordinate agendas, minutes and committee support
• Welcome visitors and respond to enquiries
• Liaise with clinical teams and key stakeholders
• Support service projects and administrative priorities
• Update databases and monitor information accuracy
• Contribute to smooth day to day operations

About You

You are a highly organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a busy, confidential environment. With strong communication skills, sound judgement and a customer focused approach, you support leaders and teams while managing competing priorities with ease.

• Experience in secretarial or executive support services
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, document and diary systems
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and travel plans
• Communicate clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
