Why This Role Matters As the Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll help create lasting positive change across Super SA by empowering teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve the way services are delivered. Your work will drive efficiency, strengthen organisational capability, and contribute to better outcomes for members while supporting a culture where curiosity, collaboration and innovation thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Super SA's Project Management Office and play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with leaders and teams, you'll facilitate improvement initiatives, apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and help turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable benefits. You'll analyse processes, uncover opportunities, support teams to implement positive change, and celebrate successes that inspire ongoing improvement.
