The Opportunity

Legal Services is seeking an organised and proactive IT and Project Administration Coordinator to support the efficient and effective operation of the Information Services Division.

You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative, coordination and support services to assist operational management, project delivery and team operations. Providing oversight and coordination of small enhancement projects, developing and managing contract and licensing registers and diary and record management.

Salary Range

$79,432 - $83,266 per annum pro rata plus 12% super and leave loading.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services is able to offer its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.

Term of Employment

24-month Temporary Contract available at the ASO4 classification level.

What You Need for Success

The ideal candidate will:
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and concise documentation and convey information effectively to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability in working effectively under limited direction, exercise initiative and sound judgement where procedures are not clearly defined, prioritise workloads, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify operational or strategic issues and deliver effective, solution-oriented outcomes.
  • Proven experience in providing a confidential and professional administrative support service to senior staff.
  • Experience in working with a technology-based team environment.
