About the Role
Join a supportive healthcare team where you'll play a valued role in delivering person-centred care. Working alongside Registered Nurses, you'll help create positive patient experiences, build trusted relationships and maintain high standards of clinical care while contributing to a collaborative and respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
• Support care plans under RN direction
• Monitor patient health and report changes
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Build positive patient and team relationships
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Uphold clinical standards and best practice
• Promote a safe and respectful care environment
• Liaise with external health and community services
• Contribute to quality care outcomes
About You
You're a caring and capable Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high quality, person centred care. You'll bring the qualifications, clinical knowledge and communication skills needed to make a positive impact from day one.
• Enrolled Nurse registration with NMBA
• Medication administration qualification
• Experience delivering nursing care in healthcare settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritise, assess and report clinical changes
