RevenueSA – Compliance Services

We are currently seeking applications for multiple ASO4 and ASO5 roles to join RevenueSA within the Department of Treasury and Finance on an ongoing and term basis (as applicable).

Remuneration:
ASO4: $79,432 – $83,266 p.a. (plus superannuation)
ASO5: $89,007 – $98,991 p.a. (plus superannuation)

We are  seeking motivated and analytical professionals to join RevenueSA in a range of exciting opportunities within taxation compliance and payment strategy.

Current Opportunities

ASO4 Taxation Investigator – Compliance Services

Undertake investigations and compliance activities relating to state taxation matters. You will analyse information, liaise with taxpayers and stakeholders, and support the delivery of fair and consistent audit and compliance outcomes.

ASO5 Taxation Audit Specialist – Compliance Services

Lead complex taxation audit activities and provide specialist advice relating to compliance audit methodologies, and legislative interpretation. This role requires strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills.

About you

You are a motivated and capable professional who demonstrates sound judgement and a strong commitment to public sector values.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing complex or sensitive matters
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service capability

Experience in compliance, investigations, auditing, taxation, finance, debt management or government operations will be highly regarded.

If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check, which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via Australian Federal Police or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
