About the Role: Make a real impact in your community as a Physiotherapist in the Commonwealth Home Support Program! You'll provide short-term, restorative, and maintenance-focused care to help older Australians (65+) maintain independence and remain in their own homes. Your role will include assessing, treating, and managing mobility, pain, and falls risk through personalised exercise programs and rehabilitation, delivered either in clients' homes or clinic settings. Join a supportive, multi-professional team and play a key part in improving quality of life for older adults. This role offers the opportunity to work under supervision (AHP1) or with reduced direction (AHP2), contributing to the development of less experienced allied health staff, assistants, and students while supporting a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to care.
