Job reference: 841323 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Long Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone The Opportunity As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the requests, enquiries, and correspondence (including Parliament and Cabinet matters) directed to the Minister, ensuring rigorous corporate governance frameworks, advice and services are in place and utilised to manage the quality and timeliness of responses in a demanding ministerial environment. You will ensure the strategic operation of the Office meets the Minister’s requirements, overseeing business improvement, administrative, financial, information technology, security, records, and asset management functions, while providing direct and expert advice to the Minister and Chief of Staff and coordinating complex and critical Minister’s Office business issues with accuracy and discretion. If you are someone who can professionally lead, manage and support administrative staff and Ministerial Liaison Officers, exercise sound judgment in high‑pressure and politically sensitive contexts, and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes, this is the role for you.
