About the Role
Lead a dynamic care unit and shape high quality patient outcomes. You’ll guide teams, build a positive culture, and keep care delivery safe, consistent and patient focused while partnering across the health service.
• Lead and manage nursing and multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes
• Build team capability and a positive work culture
• Oversee staffing, resources and daily operations
• Partner with stakeholders to support safe care
About You
You’re a confident leader who brings clinical expertise and a people first approach. You know how to guide teams, improve care, and create a positive, safe environment where staff and patients thrive.
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practising certificate
• Bring leadership experience in a clinical care setting
• Lead teams, resolve issues and build strong relationships
• Drive safe, quality care aligned with national standards
• Support staff growth and lead change across the service
