About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Consultant - General Medicine, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality medical care within a dynamic and growing health service. In this senior clinical role, you will be responsible for providing effective and comprehensive general medical services that align with the objectives and values of the hospital. You will deliver patient‑centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings, while supporting excellence in teaching, clinical governance and service development. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will actively foster a culture of teamwork, safety and continuous improvement. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will play a vital role in training and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate medical trainees, helping to build future medical capability within the network. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
