About the Role:

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the unit. You will oversee care delivery, monitor patient outcomes, and assist with clinical, education and operational activities. You will also support staff development, contribute to rostering and resource planning, and promote a positive team culture and continuous improvement.

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for AHPRA registration with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or currently a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and ability to support others.
• Experience supervising students and less experienced staff.
