Your expertise helps strengthen trust, improve member experience and uphold the integrity of some of South Australia’s most important superannuation schemes.

About The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a trusted technical specialist supporting the administration of Super SA’s defined benefit schemes.

You will:

  • Provide expert technical advice to ensure accurate and efficient administration of accounts and benefit payments, including pensions, lump sums, family law splits, death benefits and disability claims.
  • Review, authorise and process complex benefit calculations, ensuring compliance with legislation and delegations of authority.
  • Guide and support colleagues by sharing your expertise and providing friendly, approachable training on scheme rules and processes.
  • Contribute to system testing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a key point of reference for technical, legislative and operational queries across defined benefit schemes.

Remuneration: ASO4 ($79,432 - $83,266 p.a) + 12% Super
