Who should apply?

We are seeking applications from university graduates and current students in the Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property (previously the Bachelor of Business (Property).

  1. Graduates (completed a degree in 2024 or later)

If you have already completed a minimum three‑year Bachelor’s degree in 2024 or later, you are eligible to apply for our 2027 Graduate Program.

  2.  Final‑year students (graduating by end of 2026)

If you are currently in your final year of study and expect to complete your degree by the end of 2026, you are also eligible for the 2027 Graduate Program.

If successful, you may be offered the opportunity to start early by undertaking a part‑time Internship while you finish your studies, prior to commencing the Graduate Program.

  3.  2nd year students (graduating in 2027)

If you are still studying and do not expect to graduate until 2027, you may submit an application to be placed in our Internship Pool.

Internship Pool applications are reviewed by business areas seeking candidates for summer internships or specialist project‑based internships.

Interns who demonstrate an aptitude for the work, may be offered a place in our Graduate Program once their degree is conferred.
