About the Role: SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HR Officer to provide HR services and information to employees and leaders across SA Ambulance Service. This role presents an opportunity to support the dedicated and highly valued staff of SA Ambulance who undertake the vital work of caring for the South Australian community in times of need, contributing to an organisation that makes a meaningful difference every day. Working within a small, supportive team, you will deliver efficient, high-quality customer support and transactional HR services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. As an HR Officer, you will provide a broad range of administrative and transactional HR services, helping ensure our employees are supported throughout their employment journey. Experience working within the public sector, healthcare, or a complex industrial environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
