About the role Join SA Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and play an important role in delivering high-quality medication management and clinical pharmacy services that support positive patient outcomes. Working across inpatient and outpatient settings, you will provide dispensing, counselling and medicines information services, while partnering with medical, nursing and allied health teams to ensure safe, effective and patient-centred care.
