About the Role: You will apply your clinical experience and professional knowledge to deliver a comprehensive range of social work services for clients living with life-limiting illness. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will plan, implement and evaluate care using preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches, while contributing to a multidisciplinary team and supporting less experienced staff where required.
