As an Enrolled Nurse with Country Health Connect Community Nursing, you will play a valued role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the community setting. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care while supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes. This ongoing part-time opportunity offers a flexible 12-hour work week across a 5-day roster, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in regional South Australia. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to quality improvement, professional development and positive patient outcomes. What You’ll Do:
