About the Role: As the Nursing Director - Community & Allied Health, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across community nursing and midwifery services within FUNLHN. Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will be accountable for governance, practice standards and the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services that support strong patient and community outcomes. In this role, you will lead the development and evaluation of contemporary models of care, support workforce planning and performance, and drive service improvement initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement policy, manage projects and respond to emerging service needs, while fostering a patient-centred culture and strong multidisciplinary collaboration. You will also contribute to education, research and innovation, supporting a skilled, engaged workforce and continuous improvement across the service.
