As a Senior Member Services Officer, you help strengthen trust in our services by guiding team performance, supporting complex enquiries, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of how we serve members across all channels. Your contribution directly supports better outcomes for public sector workers and their families.

  • Coach, mentor and uplift team capability, providing quality feedback, maintaining process guides and ensuring a consistent standard of member care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Super SA to support business strategies, enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational insight and day-to-day service delivery.
