About the Role Join our People and Culture team as a Workforce & Performance Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making across Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. Reporting to the Workforce Safety, Systems and Security Manager, you will transform complex workforce and performance data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, service delivery, and organisational performance. Through advanced reporting, analytics, and visualisation tools, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support accreditation activities across the Network.
