About the roles

The SATC are looking for two Marketing Coordinators to join our Events Marketing team. Both positions are responsible for supporting high impact campaigns across South Australia’s major events. One position supports SATC’s managed events such as Santos Tour Down Under, Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond and National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, while the other focuses on SATC’s sponsored events including LIV Golf Adelaide, AFL Gather Round and more.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns for the state’s managed and co-managed events

  • Supporting development and execution of creative, media and digital briefs with internal teams and external agencies

  • Coordinating production of marketing assets and event collateral in line with brand guidelines

  • Working closely with PR, Digital, Commercial and event teams to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Supporting delivery of sponsor and partner marketing commitments

  • Tracking, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, budgets and timelines

  • Contributing to continuous improvement through insights, reporting and research

About you

We are seeking someone who is passionate about contributing to SATC’s vision, who can demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or a related field

  • Experience coordinating or delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within events, tourism or entertainment

  • Sound understanding of digital, social and integrated marketing channels

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Clear communicator with strong written skills and high attention to detail

  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑focused environment

This position is offered as a 12-month non-executive contract at a classification of ASO4 ($76,561.00 - $80,256.00).
