About your branch

Super SA is a dedicated super fund for current and former South Australian public servants. With nearly 120 years of experience, the organisation delivers strong member outcomes by combining deep sector knowledge with contemporary approaches to service and performance.

The branch operates in a complex superannuation environment and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic, data-led and technology-enabled outcomes that support members now and into the future.

About your team

The Financial Services team supports strong governance and operational delivery through effective financial management, procurement and contract management practices. The team works collaboratively across Super SA and with whole-of-government partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a focus on value for money.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring value-for-money outcomes
  • Prepare high-quality procurement documentation, including acquisition plans, tender documents and contracts
  • Provide expert procurement advice and recommendations to stakeholders across Super SA
  • Maintain the contract register and monitor procurement activity, compliance and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems and reporting

What you bring

  • Strong experience in delivering end-to-end procurement and contract management oversight within a diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop procurement documentation, including tenders and evaluation plans
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and risk assessment techniques
  • The ability to provide clear, practical advice and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving value-for-money outcomes
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships

Remuneration: ASO6 ($102,171 - $108,071 p.a) + 12% Super
