About the Role

Join a collaborative and patient-focused pharmacy team where your expertise will directly support safe, effective and high-quality patient care. As a Senior Pharmacist, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of a designated pharmacy area while delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and expert therapeutic advice across the hospital network.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape medication management strategies, support service improvement initiatives and contribute to operational planning across sites. You’ll also mentor and guide pharmacists, technicians and students while driving best practice, quality use of medicines and strong professional collaboration throughout the service.

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and clinical services
• Deliver expert medicines advice and patient care
• Guide pharmacy staff, graduates and students
• Support service planning and continuity strategies
• Build strong multidisciplinary partnerships
• Drive quality use of medicines and service improvement
• Contribute to policy, education and professional programs
• Manage resources to support safe, efficient care

About You

You’re a proactive pharmacy professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

• Registered or eligible with Pharmacy Board Australia
• Extensive hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Skilled in clinical problem solving and data analysis
• Confident mentoring, training and guiding staff
