Adelaide Festival Centre operates four major venues in the Adelaide CBD - Festival Theatre, Dunstan Playhouse, Space Theatre and Her Majesty’s Theatre About the Role As part of Adelaide Festival Centre's ongoing commitment to build on its strong position as an internationally recognised performing arts centre, the position of Marketing Coordinator has become available in the Marketing Team. The role provides support to the team on marketing campaigns for the Adelaide Festival Centre and external clients including scheduling ‘owned channel’ signage, eComms and social media and providing support for ‘paid’ and ‘earned’ efforts. Working under direction of the Marketing Lead, the role provides support and coordination on delivery requirements for radio, TV, press, digital, social media, and outdoor media partnerships. You will assist with managing events including opening nights and launches, liaise with Leads and departments regarding invitation lists, RSVPs, theming, catering selections, event orders, meeting, greeting and handing out tickets and accounting. Successful candidates will hold formal qualifications (or experience) in marketing or a related discipline. A passion for and a good understanding of the arts/entertainment industry and a strong commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities
