About the Role In this dynamic position, you will provide high-level support to Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers and Nursing Directors, contributing to the effective coordination and delivery of nursing and midwifery services. This role blends operational oversight with strategic input, supporting areas such as workforce planning, patient flow, resource management, and quality and safety systems.
