 About the role

We are looking for someone to join our Corporate Services team as a Finance Coordinator and play a key role in supporting SATC's financial operations while contributing to projects and improvements that help the organisation achieve its strategic goals.

This role is responsible for:

  • Supporting and administering SATC's finance systems, banking platforms and user access.
  • Maintaining financial records and completing key reconciliations and reporting activities.
  • Providing finance advice, support and training to staff across the organisation.
  • Assisting with tax, compliance and audit requirements, including BAS and FBT reporting.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support efficient finance operations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the overall success of the Finance team.

About you

You're a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting others and improving processes. You have strong accounting and reconciliation skills, work well with a range of stakeholders and take pride in delivering accurate, timely and customer-focused finance services.

This position is offered as a 12-month non-executive contract at a classification of ASO4 ($82,212 - $86,180).
