About the role Join SA Pathology as a Domiciliary Support Officer and play an important role in coordinating domiciliary specimen collection services. Working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you will manage scheduling, maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care. This is a varied role where you'll coordinate workloads, manage databases, communicate with patients and staff, and support the efficient day-to-day operation of the domiciliary phlebotomy service. Your organisation, attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help deliver a responsive and reliable service to the community. About You You are an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating services and supporting both patients and colleagues. • Communicate confidently with staff and patients • Organise workloads and manage competing priorities • Use Microsoft Office and databases confidently • Deliver accurate administration and data entry • Work independently and as part of a supportive team About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
