SA Health's Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking experienced community nurses to join the Port Lincoln Community & Allied Health team on part-time, long-term or short-term contracts. Multiple positions are available with various contract end dates and hours, working across a 7-day service. This is your opportunity to broaden your scope of practice while building lasting connections with patients and families in one of South Australia's most scenic coastal communities. You will provide various nursing services, including wound management (chronic, complex and acute), venepuncture, CVAD management, urinary catheter management, Baxter infusions, stoma management, medication administration and post-acute care.
