Join Our Team as a Facility & Grounds Officer - Maintain Safe and Welcoming Health Spaces Play a key role in keeping our health facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors. As a Facility & Grounds Officer, you'll contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the health unit, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality standards. About the Role: As the Facility and Grounds Officer, you will carry out a variety of general maintenance duties, including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical work, and rubbish collection. You will also contribute to grounds maintenance, including garden establishment, irrigation system upkeep, pest and weed management, and the safe operation of equipment such as tractors and forklifts. You will assist in stock management, equipment maintenance, and provide guidance and on-the-job training to others. This position offers the opportunity to develop and maintain practical skills across facility and grounds management while making a tangible difference to the environment and experience of everyone accessing the health unit.
