About the Role:

You will support the delivery of person-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife. You’ll assist with assessments, routine procedures and care planning within your scope, while contributing to quality improvement and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will also support patient education and continue developing your skills through ongoing learning.

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to prioritise care and recognise changes in clinical condition.
