and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public
transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the
State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential
and important government services to our community.
The
Opportunity
The Leasing Negotiator
provides best practice commercial property and specialist leasing
advice to Government Accommodation Services and across government.
The role develops and manages a commercial leasing network,
delivers expert negotiation and financial analysis, and ensures
high quality leasing outcomes in accordance with government policy,
supporting strategic accommodation objectives and public sector
priorities.
About
You
You are a highly capable property leasing
professional who works effectively under broad direction, managing
competing priorities and tight timeframes. You bring strong
interpersonal and negotiation skills, sound judgement and
adaptability in dynamic environments. With strong commercial
acumen, analytical capability and problem solving expertise, you
deliver customer focused, compliant and high quality outcomes
aligned with government policies and community
expectations.
Educational
Qualifications / Licences
- Degree or equivalent
in Property, Law, Business or a relevant discipline is highly
desirable.
- A current drivers’
licences is essential.
Special
Conditions
- A National Police
Check (NPC) which is required to employment with the Department
of Infrastructure and Transport and is required to be renewed
every three years.
- Some out of hours and
weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring
overnight stays, may be required.

Temporary appointments of
up to one (1) year.
Remuneration
ASO7 - $112,163 to
$121,246 pa + superannuation
