About the role As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the organisation, management and operation of a designated pharmacy area, delivering a comprehensive range of high-level pharmacy services within the hospital setting. This role provides the opportunity to exercise independent and autonomous professional judgement, offering expert medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, as well as medical, nursing and allied health colleagues, in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and professional standards. In this senior role, you will play a critical part in optimising patient outcomes through the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines. You will lead and support strategies that promote quality use of pharmaceuticals, contribute to continuous service improvement, and ensure pharmacy services are delivered to a consistently high standard aligned with organisational and divisional priorities. About You You are an experienced and motivated pharmacist who brings strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmacy services within a complex healthcare environment.
