Exciting Casual Opportunity: Community Support Worker About the Role At Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, we believe in empowering individuals to take control of their own care. As a Community Support Worker in our innovative Consumer Directed Care model, you will provide personalised care to people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and stay in their homes or Residential Aged Care facilities. In this role, you will deliver vital services like personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and social support. You'll work closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals, helping them make decisions about their care while ensuring quality and compassionate outcomes.
