Help shape the future of risk, compliance and assurance at SAPOL This is a unique opportunity to join South Australia Police at a pivotal stage in the evolution of its enterprise risk, compliance and assurance capability. You will play a leading role in strengthening governance, enhancing organisational resilience, and supporting informed decision-making across one of South Australia's largest and most complex public sector organisations. As the Senior Risk, Compliance and Assurance Advisor, you will work closely with executives, leaders and stakeholders across SAPOL to drive the development and continuous improvement of risk, compliance, assurance and business continuity programs. Your work will directly support SAPOL's strategic priorities and help deliver better outcomes for the South Australian community. This is more than a traditional risk role. It is an opportunity to influence organisational culture, shape future frameworks and contribute to major initiatives designed to enhance SAPOL's organisational maturity and capability.
You are a trusted advisor who can translate complex risk and compliance concepts into practical business outcomes. You enjoy influencing change, partnering with stakeholders and helping organisations strengthen governance, performance and accountability. You'll bring experience in one or more of the following:
