The Opportunity 

Service SA is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to develop and deliver regulatory, compliance and customer service initiatives that enhance TRUMPS and related systems. The role will evaluate system and operational solutions, provide expert policy and service delivery advice, and contribute to communication strategies. Strong communication, analytical capability and the ability to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders are essential to achieving key business outcomes.

About you

Service SA is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to develop and deliver regulatory, compliance and customer service initiatives that enhance TRUMPS and related systems including online services and applications. The role will identify opportunities to transition customers to digital services and deliver efficiencies to existing services within a regulatory framework. Strong communication, analytical capability and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders are essential to achieving key business outcomes.

Special Conditions

• A National Police Check (NPC) which is required to employment with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport and is required to be renewed every three years
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
• Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

Remuneration

 ASO6 - $102,171 to $108,071 pa + superannuation
